What the classes are
The studio's classes center on reformer Pilates, with most of the schedule framed around strength and control. Core and pelvic floor work runs through nearly all of the classes, and the energy is consistently strong without being rushed. Sessions are about 50 minutes long.
The studio offers a graded path through its classes. Core & Control and Reformer Align are set for beginners, Reformer Flow is open to all levels, and Reformer Power is for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Someone new to the reformer can start with a beginner session and move up as their control develops.
How the week runs
Classes are spread across the day, with more than half in the morning and about a third in the evening. The earliest class starts at 8am and the latest at 7pm. The busiest days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, and about a fifth of classes fall on weekends.
Morning sessions, often starting around 8am, 9am or 10am, suit anyone who wants to practice before the working day. Evening classes, with the last starts at 7pm, give a second window for those who cannot make it earlier.
