Reformer Pilates in a focused schedule
The studio's upcoming classes are almost all Pilates, and almost all of them are taught on the reformer. The schedule includes Group Reformer Classes and a Level 1 Group Reformer Class, both running 50 minutes. Classes are kept to a small group, and a handful of facilitators lead them, with Femmie Tuntisi teaching more of the classes than anyone else.
A Level 1 class is listed for those taking their first class ever, which makes the studio a clear entry point for someone new to the reformer.
A week that leans toward the morning
Most of the classes start in the morning, and the earliest start is at 9am. The busiest start times are 9am, 12:30pm and 6:30pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday are the days when the most classes run, so those are good days to look at when planning a visit.
Midday and evening each carry about a fifth of the schedule. The latest class starts at 6:30pm, so people working late will find fewer options after that point.
