What the classes focus on
Most of what happens at yoganette is yoga. Flow classes, a Yin and Yang class, Restorative Yoga and a Candlelight Yoga session make up the core of the week, with Yoga itself among the most frequent names. Each class runs for about an hour, which makes the timetable easy to plan around a day.
The rest of the week leans toward body-focused work. Pilates - Mat and Full Body Barre add structure, while Mobility Flow, joint and mobility classes, and classes for core and pelvic floor give attention to specific parts of the body. A Yoga + Sound Bath and a gong and bowls session bring a quieter, more sensory note.
How the week runs
Classes begin at 8:30am and finish at 8pm. The busiest start times are 9am, 5pm, 6:30pm and 8pm, and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most classes. Mornings and evenings each hold about half of the timetable, with a few classes before 9am and few at midday.
About a fifth of the classes fall at weekends, so a weekend practice is easy to find as well. Yoganette does not offer a pass for its classes, so each session is booked on its own.
