What the classes are
The schedule leans on strong classes. About a third of what runs here is labeled strong, and about a fifth is strength work, with classes like Afterburn, Industrial Strength and Kinetics. For a steady, demanding hour, this is where most of the week's energy sits.
The rest of the timetable is more varied. Pilates and yoga each take about one in ten classes, with Pilates Mat and Yoga Move among the named sessions. Core and pelvic floor work, mobility and stretch, and a few calmer classes fill out the picture, including Joint Mobility & Mindful Strength for people who want to move with more attention to the joints.
How the week runs
The day here starts early. Classes begin at 5:45am, and more than half of the timetable falls in the morning, with about a third starting before 9am. The busiest start times are 8am and 10:30am, with a second wave at noon and 6pm. Midday and evening each hold about a fifth of the classes, so practice fits in before work, at lunch or after the day.
Weekends are quieter. Only about one in ten classes falls on a Saturday or Sunday. Most people practice on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, the busiest days of the week. Classes typically run an hour, and none of them are sold as a pass, so a visit can be a single session.
