What the practice looks like
The studio's classes lean toward flow. Vinyasa and all levels flow make up most of the week, with Flow & Restore and Deep Flow for longer, steadier sessions. Yin Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra offer a quieter counterpoint for rest and renewal.
Foundational Flow and Gentle Yoga are the classes most suited to someone building a first routine. Classes typically run about an hour, with a few of the longer flow sessions running closer to seventy-five minutes.
How the week runs
Evenings carry the most classes, with the busiest start times in the late afternoon and early evening, around 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:45pm. Midday and early morning classes make up smaller shares of the schedule, and a few classes start before 9am. Weekend mornings, especially Saturday, are another good time for a longer session.
The studio's introductory pass gives access to every class on the schedule, so a newcomer can test several time slots and teachers before settling into a regular rhythm.

Is there an option for beginners?
Yes. The studio offers a two-week introductory pass for $59 that includes unlimited yoga and access to every class on its schedule, which is a way to try different styles and teachers. Its website also offers a free guide to help newcomers find the classes and rhythm that fit their week.
