How the short classes fit into the day
Most of these classes run 40 minutes, and the 30 and 45 minute formats fill out the rest of the week. The shortest sessions are the express versaclimber classes, which are built for a full-body cardio effort in very little time. Longer 45 minute classes give a little more room for stretching and recovery.
Most classes are scheduled in the morning, and the busiest start times are 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am and 10:30am. A smaller share of classes run in the evening, and the latest starts are around 6:15pm.
Studios and what they teach
Mint Maui Lagree & Versaclimber leads the collection with studios in Paia and Wailea. Its megaformer sessions focus on controlled, low impact movement that works the full body, and its signature combo class moves from the versaclimber into lagree in one 45 minute session.
Blue Mango Yoga offers hot sculpt, hot pilates fusion and hot deep stretch classes, each 45 minutes, in Puʻunene and Haiku. Mangala Yoga in Makawao runs a hot pilates class of the same length.
