What the studio teaches
Pilates runs through nearly all of the timetable at Armature Pilates. Reformer classes are the largest style after mat work, and strength-led classes come next, often arranged as numbered programs that build on each other. Mat Pilates, a few release and restore classes, and some mobility-focused hour sessions fill out the rest.
Most classes are an hour long, and the studio has a handful of spaces that teach across the day.
How the week is shaped
More than half of the classes start in the morning, and the earliest starts at 6am. The busiest start times are 7am, 8am, 9:15am and 10:15am, and the busiest days are Monday, Friday and Saturday. Around a fifth of the classes fall on weekends and a fifth start before 9am. Evening classes are fewer, and the latest start is 7:30pm.
Armature Pilates does not offer a pass system, so classes are booked individually, and most people practice at the times that fit a morning routine.
