What you practice at F2 Collective
F2 Collective is built around Pilates, and most of its classes are strong, core and pelvic floor sessions. The reformer runs through the timetable, with classes like Legs & Glutes, Core & Lower Body, Back & Upper Body and Total Body. Suspend classes add another layer of movement, and Tabata Tuesday and HIIT Thursday bring a faster, higher-intensity pace.
For a slower pace, the studio also offers Mat Pilates Non-Heated and Heated Restore, which is a warm, restorative class. Yoga and other restorative options appear only occasionally.
How the week runs
The studio's week leans toward the start of the day. More than half of its classes fall in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am, so the early sessions at 6am, 7am and 8am are the ones most people choose. Evening classes run until 7pm, and weekend sessions make up about a fifth of the timetable.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the busiest days, so the studio fills up earliest on those.
