What the studio practices
The studio's timetable is built around strength. Pilates is the core of nearly every class, and the strength-focused sessions use controlled, repeated movement and, in some classes, dumbbells. The classes called Strong, Method and Rounds each sit within that approach, with Rounds combining Pilates with intervals.
Mat Pilates and balance work make up about a third of the classes, so there is room to practice with less equipment and a slower focus on control.
How the week is shaped
The studio's week leans toward the start of the day. More than half of its classes fall in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am. Evenings make up about a fifth of the timetable, and midday and weekend classes are a smaller share.
The busiest days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, which is where you are most likely to find a choice of times. Each class runs about 45 minutes, which keeps the session easy to fit around work.
