What is practiced here

Yoga is the core of what this studio offers. Vinyasa flow, slow flow, hatha and yin all appear on the schedule, alongside gentle, calm and restore classes. Meditation sits within the same timetable, so a sitting practice is easy to add to a week of movement.

The Yin and Meditation class and The 9DMT Trip are two of the example sessions that show how the studio mixes quieter work with longer, more immersive formats.

How the week runs

Classes begin in the morning, with the earliest start at 9:30am, and continue through the afternoon and into the evening. The latest class starts at 6pm. Around a third of the classes fall in the morning, with a fifth on weekends and a smaller share at midday.

Most classes last about an hour. The studio is set up for regular practice across a few days each week, with Monday, Friday and Saturday carrying the most sessions.

The Pause Club Studio: questions and answers

What kinds of classes does The Pause Club Studio offer?

Most of the classes here are yoga, with vinyasa flow, yin and hatha among the styles listed. Gentle, calm and restore classes are also part of the timetable, so it is a place to find a slower session as well as a more active one.

What time of day do classes run?

Classes start as early as 9:30am and run through the day to 6pm in the evening. Mornings and evenings are the most common times for classes here, and weekends also carry a share of the schedule.

How long are the classes?

Most classes last about an hour. Some of the listed sessions, such as The 9DMT Trip, run longer at 90 minutes.

Who leads the classes?

Fay Mohitian leads more classes here than anyone else on the schedule. The studio has a small team of facilitators, so you will also find other voices across the week.

Which classes suit someone new to yoga?

Yin and meditation, slow flow and restore classes sit at the calmer end of the timetable and suit a slower pace. Vinyasa flow and hatha give a more structured practice if you want movement with a clear sequence.

Which days and times are busiest?

Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays carry the most classes. Starting times cluster around 9:30am, 3pm, 4:30pm and 6pm, so there is a choice of times across the day.
