What the practice looks like
The studio is built around Pilates, and the reformer is the main piece of equipment in most of the classes. Reformer open flow and strength-focused sessions come up often, and core and pelvic floor work runs through nearly all of the schedule. Most of the classes are described as strong, so expect a steady, working pace.
Hot Pilates and hot yoga are also on the timetable, along with a small number of vinyasa and yin classes. Warm yin yoga gives a slower, more restorative option for those who want a change of pace from the stronger sessions.
How the week runs
Classes are spread across the day, with about half of them in the morning and the first start at 6am. The busiest start times are 7am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Around a fifth of the classes fall before 9am, which suits anyone who likes to practice before the working day begins.
The studio's facilitators lead the classes across the week. Ophelia H, Darcy R, Chloe S, Alyssa N and Ruby M are among those who teach the most classes here.
