What the studio teaches
Pilates is at the center of this studio. Most of the classes fall under that practice, and reformer classes make up about half of them. Core and pelvic floor work appear in more than half, so the focus stays on control and the deeper muscles of the trunk.
The rest of the week adds variety without leaving that base. Barre and mat combinations, Pilates Fusion, and Abs and Upper Body Sculpt classes sit alongside the reformer. A few restorative and yoga classes offer a slower counterpoint.
How the week is shaped
Most classes start in the morning, and about a fifth begin before 9am. The 8:30am, 9:35am and 10:35am starts are among the busiest in the week. Evening classes are less common, though a few begin as late as 6pm.
Weekends are quiet by comparison, with only about one class in ten taking place then. Midday is largely empty, so the schedule suits people who practice before work or during the early part of the day.
