What the classes are
The core of the studio's timetable is Hot Pilates: Signature Sculpt, a 45-minute class that works through strength, core and pelvic floor. Pilates and strength make up nearly all of the classes, and hot yoga runs alongside them as a style. Most sessions are described as strong, and a few lean more toward sweat.
Some classes carry themed names drawn from music and the season of the year, such as the rap and rock pairings or the club-night titles. The sequence stays the same, so the theme mainly changes the sound and the energy in the room. A handful of classes are built around DJ and beats, though they are rare.
How the week runs
The week is front-loaded. More than half of the classes start in the morning, about a third before 9am, with the earliest class at 5am. Evenings are the second peak, and the latest start is 8pm. Midday and weekend classes are fewer, with about a fifth of the schedule falling on weekends.
The busiest start times are 6am, 7am, 8am and 7pm, and Monday, Tuesday and Friday carry the most classes. Each class runs about 45 minutes, which keeps the sessions short enough to fit into an early start.
