What the studio teaches
The heart of the studio is hot yoga, and about half of the classes are yoga in a heated room. Vinyasa is a common thread, from classes called hot vinyasa and heated vinyasa flow to power vinyasa flow. Some sessions lean toward strength and sweat, while others, like stretch and smolder, slow the pace down.
Pilates is a clear second line. There are infrared Pilates classes, core and pelvic floor work, and a shorter express format, so people who want more than yoga have a place to practice here too.
How the week runs
Morning is when most classes take place, and the first sessions begin at 6:15am. Mornings and late mornings are busy, with 9am, 11am and 8am among the most common start times. Evening classes are fewer, with the latest start at 6pm, and weekend classes make up a smaller part of the week.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays carry the most classes, which can help when planning around a regular week.
