The shape of the week

The studio runs a focused week of reformer Pilates. Nearly every class is taught on the reformer, and nearly all carry the same strong, all levels approach. The sessions run about 50 minutes, a length that fits neatly into a morning or an early evening.

Most of the timetable falls in the morning, with more than half of the classes starting before noon and a good number beginning as early as 8am. The evening schedule makes up about a third of the classes, with the latest starts at 6:30pm. There are no midday classes, so the day is naturally divided between early sessions and evening ones.

Who leads and who it suits

A small group of facilitators leads the classes here. Anna Veretennikova and Lauren Wion teach the largest share of the timetable, and the rest of the classes are spread across the wider team.

Because the classes are built around a shared reformer approach and all levels sessions, the studio suits someone who wants to learn the method from the start and keep practicing with the same kind of focus over time. A first visit is simple: book an all levels reformer class and settle into the rhythm of the session.
