The Garden: centro di yoga, specializzato nei metodi GYROTONIC® e GYROKINESIS®.

The Garden is a yoga studio in the XXII Marzo area of Milan, centered on the GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methods. Alongside them, the schedule moves through vinyasa, hatha, power vinyasa, Ashtanga Inspired, Vinyasa Krama and aerial yoga, with mobility and stretch classes too. Some classes are gentle or restorative, others stronger, and there are classes for a first time on the mat, plus Yoga in Gravidanza for pregnancy. The Gyrotonic® Circuito "Macchinari Speciali" brings the specialized equipment into the practice. Classes run through mornings and evenings, with a smaller share on weekends.
