What the classes focus on
The schedule is built mainly around strength. Full Body Strength, Lower Body Strength and Upper Body Strength sit alongside Full Body Conditioning and Metabolic Conditioning, so most sessions have a clear focus on lifting, building endurance and working the whole body. Strong-style classes make up a large share of the timetable, which keeps the emphasis on effort and progression.
The rest of the week includes Pilates Fusion, Yoga Flow, Glutes and Abs, and core and pelvic floor classes. These are smaller in number, but they give room for slower, more controlled work and for building stability alongside strength.
How the week runs
Classes start early in the day and continue through the middle of the day into the evening. About half of all classes take place in the morning, and about a fifth begin before 9am, with the first sessions at 6am. Midday carries about a third of the schedule, and a few classes run in the evening, up to 6pm. Weekends are quiet, with about one in ten classes falling on a Saturday or Sunday.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the busiest days. Most sessions last an hour, and the studio also runs shorter corporate sessions of 45 to 50 minutes for groups.

When do most people practice at Kondition Performance?
Most of the classes start in the morning, and about a fifth begin before 9am. The earliest start is 6am and the latest is 6pm. Noon, 9am, 6am and 7:30am are the start times that come up most often.
How long are the classes?

Mike, Ray, Pamela, Robert, Felicia, Jad, Steve and Maria José lead the most classes, and about ten facilitators teach here in total. Full Body Strength, Full Body Conditioning and Lower Body Strength are among the classes that fill the schedule.
Is it a good fit if I want strength training rather than a gentle practice?
Strength and strong-style classes make up most of the schedule, which suits people who want to train with weights and conditioning work. The studio also runs Pilates, yoga and flow classes, and some core and pelvic floor work, so there is room for slower or more mobile sessions too.
Do I need a pass to attend?
Kondition Performance does not take passes, so classes are booked as individual sessions. Some of its classes are also offered as corporate sessions, such as the ones for Merck and Organon.
