What you practice here

The timetable at energie encorps is built around a few families of practice. Strong classes make up about a third of the schedule, with yoga and pilates each taking about a fifth. Core and pelvic floor work is a notable thread through the week, alongside strength and mobility sessions.

For a slower pace, gentle yoga and breath and bliss flo offer a quieter hour. Longer sessions such as the 90-minute ashtanga and intro to ashtanga mysore classes suit anyone who wants more time on the mat.

How the week runs

Most classes are about an hour, and the day usually begins before 9am with a few early starts. The busiest start times fall at 9:15am, 10:30am, 5:15pm and 6:30pm, so the middle of the day is quieter by comparison. Weekends carry about a fifth of the classes.

Thursday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days, which may help when choosing a class that fills quickly.
