What is taught here
Pilates is the center of talo pilates. More than half of its classes are pilates, and about a third are aimed at people who already have experience. Beyond that, a smaller set of classes leans toward strength, with Sculpt (niveau 2) and Abs & Assets as examples. Each class runs about 50 minutes, which keeps the rhythm of the week steady.
The studio also offers Maman avec bebe, a postnatal class for parents, which reflects a steady place for this stage of life on the timetable.
