What is practiced here
The studio offers a mix of functional workouts and boxing technique. BoXFit and KICKfit are intensive sessions that combine functional training with boxing movements, designed to build endurance and keep you working through the full hour. Boxen - Technik is a ninety-minute session that starts with footwork, because every punch begins in the foot, passes through the hip and arm, and ends controlled in the fist.
For those who already know the basics, Boxen - Technik Fortgeschrittene focuses on refining technique, where control matters more than raw strength.
The shape of the week
Most classes take place in the evening, with a smaller share in the morning and around the middle of the day. Weekends account for roughly a fifth of the schedule, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are the busiest days. The studio is led by a handful of facilitators, with Jochen, Caro and Amel teaching the most classes.
The studio's own website describes Boxfit München as a place for focused training in Solln, and a first visit is a good way to see how the classes feel in person.
