What the studio offers

The timetable is mostly strength and training. Strength, Strong and Olylifting sit next to the team workout and the open garage gym, where you train freely. Yoga, mobility and core classes give the schedule a gentler side, and the yoga sessions teach ease, relaxation and stability.

The classes are taught in group settings, so the atmosphere is shaped by the people in the room as much as by the facilitator. Gui, Chris, Marco, Yasi and Niki are among those who lead most often, and a few of the classes are guided by two facilitators together.

How the week runs

Evening classes make up about half of the timetable, with the busiest start times between 4:15pm and 5:30pm. Mornings start at 7am and cover about a fifth of the week, while noon classes are less common. Tuesdays, Mondays and Thursdays bring the most classes.

Sessions are an hour for most of the timetable, with 30-minute options for quick cardio, quick mobility and quick workout when time is short. The studio does not offer passes, so each class is booked on its own.
