What the classes are built around
The studio's timetable is built around boxing and strength. Classes such as Box Workout alternate boxing sequences with full-body strength work in rounds, while ABS, ASS & Attitude is a circuit focused on the core and glutes. Pain & Pleasure uses controlled, repeated exercises to build everyday strength and stability.
Box Classic develops technique and sharpness through combinations, and Box Basics is the place to start if you are new to boxing. Ripped combines cardio with continuous, connected movement across the whole body.
How the week runs
The studio's schedule leans toward the evening, when most of the week's classes begin and the busiest start times fall. Early classes begin at 7am for those who prefer to train before the day starts, and a smaller share of sessions run at midday and on weekends.
The studio's classes are typically 60 minutes, which gives each session room for a warm-up, the main work and a cool-down. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the busiest days.
