Practices and styles
Yoga is the backbone of the timetable here, and the vinyasa classes move the body through hatha postures with breath linked to each movement. Less stress yoga and let it flow give a calmer, more steady rhythm, while the friday flow club and move. breathe. weekend. bring a more energetic pace to the end of the week.
Pilates is the other main thread. classic pilates focuses on the deep muscles of the abdomen, back and pelvic floor with slow, controlled movements, and pilates sculpt adds small hand weights for strength and bone health. Breathwork and meditation appear in smaller numbers, often woven into the yoga sessions.
