Embodied™ is an immersive, mentorship-driven Pilates teacher training designed to develop strong, intelligent, and embodied instructors. This comprehensive 10 week certification, starting October 1st, blends hands-on training, academic study, supervised teaching, and real-world apprenticeship to prepare trainees with confidence. The program is a hybrid in-person/virtual weekend intensive with guided observation, apprentice teaching hours, and independent practice. Thursdays: Prerecorded 2 hour modules so students can go at their own pace Fridays: In person at the studio 4-8PM Saturdays: Hybrid (some sessions in person and others virtual) 4:15-9:15PM November 5-7: Foundations & Anatomy I November 12-14: Anatomy II November 19-21: Pilates Mat I December 3-5: Pilates Mat II December 10-12: Reformer Foundations December 17-19: Reformer I January 7-9: Reformer II January 14-16: Reformer Integration January 21-23: Programming, Teaching January 28-30: Final Labs & Mock Practicum
