What the studio offers
The studio's timetable centers on yoga. Hatha flow and vinyasa flow lead the week, with gentle yoga, restorative sessions and stretch and flow classes adding softer options. Meditation, sound healing and gong and bowls sessions give the schedule a quieter, more reflective side.
The classes are offered by a couple of dozen facilitators, and the ones who lead the most include Soo Yoon, Julianne Fritsky, Lisa Cleaver, Bryan Russell and Corinne Schroeder.
When classes run
Most classes begin in the morning, and the studio's busiest starting times are 9:30am and 4:30pm, with 5:30pm and 7pm also filling up. Thursday, Tuesday and Sunday are the busiest days of the week. Weekend classes make up a smaller share of the timetable.
For a longer session, a few classes run well beyond the usual hour, and a Warrior and Triangle lab runs for two hours.
