What the short classes are
Most of the classes in this collection are yoga, and more than half are open to every level. Reformer and Pilates come next, with about half the classes using the reformer. There are also mobility and stretch classes, a few core and pelvic floor classes, and strength work at Aloha Active. The rarer offerings include a DJ and beats cycle class and a vinyasa flow.
The studios are clustered in Noosa Heads, Coolum Beach and Noosaville, and a handful of studios run most of the sessions. Aloha Active in Noosa Heads offers the widest mix, from reformer and strength to sweat and vibe cycle. Coolum Beach Yoga offers active stretch and a heated sculpt class, and Zenko Yoga Noosa runs Asana Lab.
