About Daily Breath Pilates

Daily Breath Pilates sits in Westlake Village, with its classes built around the reformer. Most sessions focus on the core and the pelvic floor, and the strength work is steady rather than fast. The timetable leans toward early mornings, so the day can start with a practice before the rest of it begins.

Daily Breath Pilates: questions and answers

What kinds of classes does Daily Breath Pilates offer?

Most classes are on the reformer, with a clear focus on the core and the pelvic floor. The style runs through the week, so the full timetable is built around a single method rather than many different ones.

When do most people practice here?

Most classes start in the morning, and the earliest starts are at 8am. Around a fifth of classes start before 9am, and the busiest start times are 8am, 9am, 10am and 5pm.

Are there classes for beginners?

Yes, a good number of classes are pitched at level 1 and level 2, and some combine two levels in one session. A few are for more experienced students, so the level of each class is worth reading before booking.

How long are the classes?

A typical class runs 50 minutes. Shorter sessions of 25 to 30 minutes come up now and then, such as the mobility and stretch and springboard sessions from the anniversary week.

Which days are busiest?

Tuesday, Thursday and Monday have the most classes. Evenings are less common, and there are only a few weekend sessions.

Who leads the classes?
