Strength, conditioning and yoga

The strongest part of the schedule is adult training. Strength, HIIT, conditioning and MRT sessions run about an hour each and make up more than half of the classes. Heated yoga sculpt and heated power flow give a yoga option for those who prefer a more fluid pace.

The youth side of the academy is organized by age and skill. Youth performance classes are split by grade, and volleyball and basketball programs divide participants into beginner and intermediate or advanced groups. High school strength and power sessions are also on the schedule for older teens.

How the week runs

Classes begin at 6am and continue into the evening, with the heaviest concentration of sessions around 4pm, 5pm, noon and 6am. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are the busiest days. The typical class is about an hour long, with a few yoga sessions running closer to 50 minutes.

The academy is run by a team of about ten facilitators. Kerner Mark and Phil Muscarella teach the most classes, and the basketball and volleyball staff lead the sports programs. Christine Yangson, Monica Wurst, Nicole B, Eva Madarang, Amy Flynn and Christopher Horne also lead regular sessions.
