When classes run

The studio's timetable leans toward the morning. About half of its classes begin before 9am, and most fall in the morning overall. Evenings bring a smaller set of classes, starting around 5:30pm, and the schedule has very few weekend sessions.

Midday is not part of the timetable at all. This makes the studio a practical choice for anyone who wants to move before the workday begins or early in the evening.

What the classes are like

Strength is the main thread here, with about a fifth of the classes built around it. Flow-based classes form a smaller share. The names give a clear picture of each session: M6 POWER HOUR, M6 KNOCKOUT, M6 BOOST and M6 30/30 lean toward strength and intensity, while M6 SPLASHBARRE and M6 FLEX & FLOW offer a different rhythm.

Each class runs about an hour. No passes are needed to join, so a single session fits easily into a busy week.
