What you practice at Janet Studio
Pilates is the heart of this studio. Most classes are taught on the reformer, a sliding carriage with springs and straps, and the timetable also includes mat classes. Within that, you will find signature classes for all levels, fundamentals classes for anyone starting out, a flow class for those who want more movement, and serenity classes for people over 50. The studio also offers classes for prenatal practice, both on the mat and on the reformer.
Classes run 50 minutes, which is the usual length here, and most people find that is enough time to work through a full sequence.
