What the classes are and when they run

The studio's timetable is built around hot yoga, which makes up most of the classes, alongside sweat-led sessions in the same spirit. Yoga-based classes sit beside them, and strength work forms a smaller share, roughly one class in ten. The signature hot yoga class and the sculpt method class are both 60 minutes, so an hour is the usual commitment.

The day is shaped by evenings. About half of the classes fall in the evening, and the busiest start times are 5:30pm, 6:45pm and 8pm. Midday classes, with 12:30pm among the most frequent starts, carry about a fifth of the week, and mornings a similar share, with a few classes starting before 9am from 7:45am onward.

Who leads and how to book

Most classes can be booked with Wellpass, Urban Sports Club, Wellhub or ClassPass, which makes the studio easy to try without a separate membership. Weekends are part of the schedule, with about a third of classes on Saturday and Sunday, and Sunday is among the busiest days. Tuesday and Thursday also draw many bookings.

Classes are led by a team of about ten facilitators, with Lucie Curabet, Maud Schweitzer, Annabelle Rastoin, Morgane M and camille soto among those teaching the most sessions. Anyone new to heat can start with the hot yoga signature class, and the studio's own website at notyoga.fr has the current timetable and booking details.
