How the week runs
Naya Studio runs classes across morning, midday and evening, with each of those parts of the day carrying roughly a third of the timetable. The studio's classes are mostly named as yoga and most are flow-based, and nearly all are open to all levels. Among the more distinctive options are Ashtanga primary series sessions in English, Yoga des alignements built on the Iyengar tradition, and a women's yoga class that moves slowly with the breath.
