Heated power and flow classes
Power Vinyasa is the studio's signature class, a dynamic, heat-building flow that links breath to movement. Creative Flow is a vinyasa class shaped by the instructor's creativity, so it changes from week to week. JuicyStrong blends HIIT, light weights and vinyasa for strength and endurance at around 90 to 95 degrees.
26 and 2 follows a classic Hatha sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a consistent order, which suits people who like to know what comes next. Vin to Yin spends 30 minutes in flow and 30 in deep stretch.
Slower and unheated options
Yin holds postures on the floor for longer, targeting the deeper connective tissues, and is unheated. Roll and Release uses therapy balls in a restorative, unheated class to release tension and ease movement. Gentle Flow is a slow, warming class for mobility, breath and gentle strengthening, and it is a good fit for a softer pace.
The studio also offers candlelight versions of several classes and kids yoga for ages 5 to 9, with the classes listed as roughly an hour, and Kids yoga running 75 minutes.
How the week runs and who leads
Most of the schedule falls in the morning and evening, with about half of classes in the evening and about a third in the morning. Midday classes are fewer, and weekends make up about a fifth of the week. Facilitators Pam, Cheryl, Jin, Angela and Rose teach the most classes, and a couple of dozen facilitators lead the schedule across the studio.
The studio's own words describe the community as a place students return to, with one member calling it their third place, after home and work.
