Strength, power and steadier practice
Strength is the backbone here. Strength and conditioning and strength for endurance athletes are the classes you will find most often, and each runs for about an hour. They are built for people who want to get stronger, improve stamina and feel the work in their muscles.
Alongside the strength work there are quieter options. Flexibility and mobility, joint-focused sessions, and mat Pilates offer a slower pace and attention to the core and pelvic floor. Yoga, including a level 1 power flow, adds a movement-based practice for those who want to stretch and breathe through the work.
How the week is shaped
Mornings and evenings carry most of the schedule. About a third of classes start in the morning, and a fifth begin before 9am, with 6am and 9am among the busiest start times. Evenings are just as active, with about a third of classes starting later in the day and 4pm and 5pm drawing many people in.
Midday and weekend sessions are fewer, each making up about one in ten classes. Tuesday, Thursday and Monday hold the largest number of sessions, so those days offer the most choice for a regular routine.
