Rest deeply. Yin, nidra and sound.

In Kora’s words
An invitation to slow down, soften, and receive. Join us for a restorative sound bath designed to offer a moment of rest, relaxation, and reset. Through soothing sounds and gentle vibrations, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful state, giving your body and mind space to slow down, soften, and recharge. Guided by Tasha Hampton, you’ll settle in, typically lying on your back with the support of props, while immersed in the resonant tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. With the body fully supported and little asked of you, the practice offers an opportunity to turn inward, quiet the mind, and simply receive. No prior yoga or sound bath experience is needed. All props will be provided. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be present.
