When classes run

Most of Empower Studio's timetable falls in the morning, and about half the classes begin before 9am. The busiest start times are 6am, 7am, 8:30am and 9:30am, and Monday, Thursday and Friday are the days when the studio fills most often. Only a small share of classes fall at midday or in the evening, and weekend classes are rare, so the studio suits a routine that starts early in the week.

What the classes are

The Reformer is the studio's core offer, with Empower Reformer classes that are open to all and a women's only version. The Strength and Build classes teach weight training with a focus on safe technique, and Build is designed specifically for women 40 and over. Burn and Burn plus Restore are shorter high intensity sessions, and Barre Attack blends Pilates, ballet barre and cardio intervals.
