How the week runs

Most of the studio's timetable sits in the morning, and more than half of its classes start before noon. About a third begin before 9am, so early risers have plenty of choice. The first class of the day is at 6:30am, and the busiest starts cluster around 8:30am and 9:30am.

Evenings are a smaller part of the week, with about a third of classes starting after 5pm and a few around 6:15pm and 6:30pm. Midday has no classes at all, which makes the schedule easy to plan around. Weekend sessions are rare, with roughly one in ten on Saturday or Sunday.

What the classes are like

The studio's classes fall into a few clear families. Flexibility, flow, gentle and mobility and stretch each make up about one in ten classes, with the rest spread across other styles. Most classes last an hour, and the shorter 45-minute Rise is a gentler way to start the day.

About ten facilitators lead the timetable, with Rua, Shane, Morgan, Yen and Fi teaching the most. Passes are not part of the picture here, so each visit is a single booking. The studio's own website at yogaruka.com describes the space and the people in more detail.
