Flow, yin and breath

Vinyasa flow is the core of the studio. Classes such as Vinyasa Flow, Power Flow and Flow & Yin let the breath guide each movement, and the sequences range from gentle to more dynamic. Yin and restorative work appear alongside them in classes such as Flow & Yin and WARM Slow Flow & Yin, which pair a flowing first half with longer, quieter holds.

The studio also offers less common forms. Kaiut, a method built on restful yin postures with small, precise movements, appears on the schedule, and classes such as Flow, Restore & Soundbath and Yoga Nidra bring in chanting, live music and deep rest.

The shape of the week

Classes are spread across the day, with about a third starting in the morning and a fifth falling before 9am. The busiest start times are noon, 10am, 5:30pm and 9am. Thursday, Monday and Friday tend to be the fullest days, and the evening class Unwinding Friday Evening Yoga gives the week a gentle close.

Most classes run about 75 minutes. Some of the more popular ones, including the WARM classes, often fill, so booking ahead is worth considering.
