How the week is shaped

The studio's week leans toward two parts of the day. About half the classes fall in the morning, with a good number starting before 9am, and about half in the evening. Midday is quiet, and weekend classes are rare, with only about one in ten taking place then.

Tuesday, wednesday and thursday carry the busiest schedule. Typical sessions run about an hour, which gives enough time to warm up, work hard and cool down without a long commitment.

What the studio offers

Nearly all the classes carry a strong, energetic character, and about half are built around strength itself. Sculpt and Strength and Mindful and Strong are both hour-long classes that show how the studio pairs focused work with a steadier, more mindful approach. AMRAP offers a shorter, 45-minute format for those who want a quicker session.

The studio is a handful of studios in size, and the classes are taught by a small group of facilitators, so you are likely to see familiar faces and get to know how each one teaches.
