What the classes look like
Hot yoga is the center of the timetable, and it runs in several forms. Classes such as Hot Candlelight Deep Stretch & Relaxation and Hot Yang/Yin lean toward slow holds, while Hot Sculpt IT, Hot Total Body Conditioning and Hot Tone & Sculpt build strength through the heat.
The studio also has a set of shorter EXPRESS classes, around 45 minutes, including EXPRESS | Hot ABSolutely Burning Butts and EXPRESS | Hot Fast & Furious Fusion. They suit a brief practice between other parts of the day.
When people practice
The day starts early here. About a third of the classes fall in the morning, and the busiest start times are 7am and 9:30am. Midday and weekend classes are fewer, at about one in ten each, and the busiest days of the week are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Evening classes take up about a fifth of the schedule, and the day closes with a 9:30pm start. Most people practice here before the working day begins or in the hours after it.
