What the strong classes ask of you

Power yoga is the most common style here, a vigorous practice that links dynamic movement with breath control to build strength, flexibility and stamina. Vinyasa flow runs alongside it, with continuous sequences that ask you to hold your balance and stay steady. Strong flow sessions, at around 90 minutes, are the longest and most intense.

Mobility classes take a different angle. They combine active stretching with strength work, aimed at space and stability in the hips and shoulders. Both kinds suit a body that wants to move with more strength and ease.
