In ZENDEN’s words
Pilates Sculpt is a strength-focused, full-body conditioning class designed to build muscular endurance, tone, and control through intentional, layered movement. Each class begins with our signature Moment of Zen, a blend of meditation and instrumental sound to help you arrive, settle, and connect with your breath. From there, the body is warmed and the core is activated to create a strong foundation before adding load. You’ll move through upper and lower body sequences, focusing on a couple main muscle groups per session, using props such as weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls to deepen strength and stability. Expect slower, controlled movements, pulses, and layered progressions that build intensity over time. The class peaks with a full-body combination sequence, bringing everything together for a final, integrated burn before easing into a cool down and closing sound experience. You’ll leave feeling strong, worked, and energized, with a deeper connection to your body and a clear sense of having challenged yourself in a supportive and intentional way. Heated Environment Classes may take place in either our light, non-heated studio or our dark infrared heated room. Heated classes will be labeled Hot and maintained at approximately 39°C. Infrared heat warms the body from within, supporting circulation, release, and a deeper connection to movement. It can feel more intense than traditional heat, so we encourage you to listen to your body, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed. If you have any underlying health conditions, are pregnant, or are sensitive to heat, please consult your healthcare provider before attending. This class may not be appropriate if you: Are pregnant (especially for higher heat “Hot” classes) Have cardiovascular conditions (including high or low blood pressure) Are prone to dizziness, fainting, or sensitivity to heat Have respiratory conditions that may be aggravated by heat Are taking medications that affect hydration, circulation, or heat tolerance Have a history of heat exhaustion or heat stroke Have acute illness, fever, or are feeling unwell Are recovering from recent surgery or serious injury Are significantly dehydrated
