What the classes feel like

The studio's classes lean toward movement that feels good as well as works hard. Most of the timetable is made up of all levels sessions, and the same themes return often: joy, mobility and stretch, and a sweaty finish. Nia is one of the clearest examples, a fusion program that draws on dance, martial arts and body therapy.

A handful of facilitators lead the classes, and Esther teaches more of them than anyone else. Each class runs for about an hour, which makes the evening sessions easy to fit into a busy day.

When to practice

Classes start at 6pm, and that single start time anchors the studio's week. Mondays and Thursdays are the days when most people practice here, so these are good evenings to arrive early and settle in.

Because there are no daytime or weekend classes, the rhythm of the studio is simple. Plan a session for the evening, bring your energy, and let the hour move you.
