Conscious Connected Breathwork · Immersive Sound · Body Awareness Level: All Levels · No Previous Breathwork Experience Required_ Breath of Becoming is an immersive breathwork journey designed to take you beyond everyday breathing and into a deeper exploration of breath, body and awareness. Guided through headphones, the experience combines Conscious Connected Breathwork with an immersive soundscape that supports you in turning your attention inward and fully entering the practice. You will be guided step by step, allowing you to settle into the rhythm of your breath while sound and music accompany the journey. There is nothing you need to know or achieve beforehand. Simply arrive with curiosity and explore what becomes possible when you give yourself space to breathe with intention. The experience may include moments of stillness, heightened awareness and a range of physical or emotional sensations. Everyone experiences breathwork differently. Breathe. Arrive. Feel. Nothing more is needed.-> Before Class We recommend avoiding a heavy meal for approximately 2–3 hours before the session. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind. Everything else you need will be available at the studio. _Important Contraindications Conscious Connected Breathwork may not be suitable if any of the following apply to you: · Pregnancy · Serious or unstable cardiovascular conditions, including a recent heart attack or stroke · Uncontrolled high or low blood pressure · Serious respiratory conditions or significant breathing difficulties · Epilepsy or a history of seizures · Glaucoma or retinal problems · Recent surgery or a significant acute injury · A condition for which strong or prolonged changes in breathing may be medically inappropriate · Current intoxication or the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs · Significant acute physical or psychological distress · A history of severe psychiatric or neurological conditions where an intensive breathwork practice may be unsuitable If you have a medical condition, take medication, are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, or are uncertain whether this practice is appropriate for you, please consult your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional before participating.
