A structured path through acro

Acro is the anchor of the studio, and the courses are arranged as a step-by-step path. The beginner course at level 1 covers the basics of basing and flying, and the courses build through beginner plus and intermediate to intermediate plus and an advanced course at level 5. Each course runs about 14 weeks, so people tend to stay in one series for a season. Open jams let practicing acroyogis train together without a facilitator guiding the session.

The studio also has a strong handstand thread, with courses for beginners and a handstand training that is open to all levels.

Yoga beside the partner work

Outside acro, the studio offers rocket yoga, a more flexible version of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system that moves through sun salutations, along with yin yoga combined with journaling, and classes in mobility, strength, core and pelvic floor, and restorative work. Some classes are designed for parents with children, and a few focus on connection or release.

Most classes run about 75 minutes, which leaves room for a full practice without rushing into the next thing.
