Classes and styles

The strength side of the timetable is the most common. Strong classes make up about a third of what is on offer, and strength sessions follow. Pilates, power yoga, yoga, aerial and hot yoga appear less often, and mobility, stretch and calm classes are also included.

Power Cycling is a group cycling class of 50 minutes with motivating music and guidance. Pilates and MEDfit, also 50 minutes, focus on whole-body training and posture.

When classes run and who leads them

Mornings carry the most classes, and the busiest start times are 8am, 8:40am, 10am and 10:40am. Tuesday, Thursday and Monday are the days with the most classes listed. Evening classes fill about a fifth of the week, and there are fewer at midday.

Bodyzone: questions and answers

Where is Bodyzone and what kind of place is it?

Bodyzone is in Deutsch-Wagram, just outside Vienna, at Angerner Bundesstraße 4. Its classes are mostly strength, cardio and fitness-style training rather than yoga or meditation, and many of them are short, around 30 minutes.

When do most classes start?

Most classes run in the morning, and the busiest start times are 8am, 8:40am, 10am and 10:40am. Mornings make up about half of the timetable, while evenings account for about a fifth. Tuesday, Thursday and Monday are the days with the most classes.

What kinds of classes does Bodyzone offer?

Strong classes are the most common, making up about a third of the timetable. Strength classes follow, and pilates, yoga, power yoga, hot yoga, aerial and mobility or stretch classes appear less often. Gentle and calm classes are also on offer, though they are fewer.

How long are the classes?

Typical classes last 30 minutes, though some run 40 or 50 minutes. Among the classes listed, you will find pilates and power cycling at 50 minutes, and Powerchair pelvic floor training and BODYdesigner sessions at 30 minutes.

Can I train without a facilitator?

Some sessions are supervised and others are self-check-in, which means you book and train without a facilitator present. Self-check-in sessions, such as the Powerchair and BODYdesigner options, need a first introduction before you can book them. Those without prior experience with the BODYdesigner are asked to book supervised sessions first.
