What is practiced here

Yoga is the main thread at yogator, and it appears in many forms. Flow classes move through dynamic and static sequences, while gentle flow and restorative sessions slow the pace to help you arrive in the body and breathe. Yin yoga asks you to stay in each position for several minutes, and yoga nidra offers a guided rest.

Beyond yoga, the studio keeps a clear line of core and pelvic floor work. Pilates appears in ten-week courses, and there are back-focused sessions built on breathing and mobilizing the spine. Breathwork and mobility and stretch classes round out the offering.

The shape of the week

Most classes run in the evening, and the busiest start times fall at 6pm, 5pm, and 7:15pm. The studio also opens early, with the first classes starting at 8:15am, and about a fifth of the classes take place in the morning. Weekend classes are fewer but present.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are the busiest days. Classes usually last about 75 minutes, with pilates and some courses running 60 minutes and yin or nidra sessions running 90.

For pregnancy and after birth

Prenatal classes start from the 12th week of pregnancy and combine gentle yoga sequences with pelvic floor awareness, each session with its own focus. Postnatal options include pilates with your baby, built around core and pelvic floor strength with room for the little one to be part of the hour.
