What the classes look like
Vinyasa is the studio's main thread. The classic vinyasa flow, the mixed vinyasa and stretch class and the easy vinyasa basic all sit close together on the timetable, so you can move up or down in intensity without changing studio. Inside Flow sequences are set to music, and Shake the Dust is described as more than a workout, a movement practice that works through the body and the mind together.
Beyond flow, Pilates builds core strength around the powerhouse, and Stretch and Relax offers longer, deeper holds for flexibility. The studio also runs workshops and teacher trainings alongside the public timetable.
Who leads and when
Most classes are open to all levels. The timetable is busiest on Fridays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, with start times that cluster in the morning and early evening. Classes usually run 75 minutes, which leaves room to warm up and settle into longer sequences.
About ten facilitators teach here, and several of them lead many of the classes. If you are unsure where to begin, the easy vinyasa class or stretch and relax are gentle places to start.
