What the studio offers
The studio offers aerial yoga, where the poses are supported by a hanging yoga cloth. It also teaches bungee fitness, bungee dance and superjump, a workout on mini trampolines. Alongside these there are classes that focus on the back, so the range goes from cardio to slower, more grounded work.
Bungee fitness uses elastic cords to lift you into jumps and turns in the air, which gives the training a very different feel from a mat-based class.
How the week runs
Classes are concentrated in the evening, and about a third of them fall on weekends. Morning classes start early, with the first at 7:30am, and the day runs through the afternoon into an 8pm finish. The busiest start times are around 6:30pm and 4pm.
Most classes last about an hour, with bungee fitness running a little longer. This makes the studio a good fit for a practice before or after work.
