What is taught here
The studio's classes center on the reformer. Dynamic Reformer is the signature format, a Pilates-inspired class that works on strength, flexibility and posture through a flowing sequence. Core and pelvic floor work runs through much of the timetable, and flow classes add a looser rhythm to the same equipment.
The Music Special takes the same format and builds its playlist around featured artists, giving the familiar class a different mood. Off-peak internal classes for groups are also held here.
How the week runs
Most of the day's practice happens in the morning, and a fifth of all classes begin before 9am. The 6:30am and 7:45am starts are among the busiest, so an early session fills quickly. Evenings are the second peak, with 5:15pm and 6:30pm drawing many bookings.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days. Weekend classes are fewer, about one in ten, so planning a weekday session is simpler.
